General info

  • All prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars).

  • Work full-time, however I aim to reply within 24 hours, so please understand if I can sometimes be slow. Bump up if you don't hear from me in 24 hours.

  • Any rude messages will be ignored and blocked instantly.

Selling

  • Selling worldwide.

  • Will send condition video, address check, packing proof and mail out video (I'll expect the same from you).

  • No backout once I send address check.

  • Can do meetup in Melbourne CBD or Southbank.

  • If prices are unreasonable, please reach out as I'm still trying my best to inform myself of the normal price range.

Trading

  • Currently trading in AU/NZ only

  • Will send condition video, address check, packing proof and mail out video (I'll expect the same from you).

  • I have the discretion to backout from the trade if I feel uncomfortable for any reasons.

  • Can do meetup in Melbourne CBD or Southbank.

  • If you have under 10 proofs, please send first.

Group Order

  • Please no backout once claimed unless a replacement is found.

  • Group chat on Instagram will be created for each GO when it’s going ahead.

  • Your claim(s) will be forfeited if you do not pay on-time or after several reminders from me.

  • Please inform me if you need extensions for payment.

  • Top-up may be required due to exchange rate differences.

  • Please be patient when joining GOs, and I’ll communicate when there’s an update.

  • Imperfection from seller/manufacture will be out of my control (from my experience, there'll be some even from newly opened album), so please be advised no refunds will be given.

Payments

  • Within Australia: bank transfer (preferred) and Beem

  • International: Wise and Paypal f&f.

  • Payment proof required. Once received, I'll proceed with the next steps.

Storing / Packing

  • All photocards are stored in sleeves within the binder.

  • Return address is always provided (I expect this from you too for our safety in case the mail gets returned for whatever reasons).

  • Waterproof mail (will expect the same please so our mails can be protected from severe weather).

  • Packing: pc > double sleeves > pull tab > hard case top/side loader > card > polybag > envelope

Mailing

  • Stamped mail: $2.2 or tracked mail $5.25 - fee includes packing fee.

  • Big items other than photocards will be sent with tracked parcel (please check with me for the postage fee).

  • Mailing days: weekdays (will inform you if I can't mail on certain days and keep you updated).
